Shipping Information

As many of our products are custom and made to order, delivery time is the number of days your order will be in transit, once shipped. When you place an order with us, you will receive an email with information about the expected lead time before your order is ready to ship. 

We ship during regular business hours, Monday to Friday. You may choose your preferred shipping method upon check out (when different shipping methods are available for your purchase and specified address).

Certain items are shipped separately. We will provide individual tracking information for each order when it becomes available to us.

Qualifying for Free Shipping

Free Shipping Applies to Orders Over $150 to Mainland US and Canadian Provinces.

Exceptions

Shipping fees apply to orders under $150 before tax. Free shipping does not apply to PO Boxes.

Shipping fees apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military APOs, and rural/remote areas in both the Unites States and Canada.

Shipping fees apply to extended area shipping zones as defined by carriers.

Shipping fees will be specified upon check out.

When available, we offer expedited shipping methods. This expedites transit time only (your estimated shipping date remains the same).
